During my 25+ years as a full-time real estate agent, I’ve not only been a Designated Broker and an instructor for Windermere’s Pro-Start program, but I’ve also earned several designations so I can better serve my clients. I am a Certified Residential Specialist (only 4% of agents hold CRS designations), a Senior Real Estate Specialist, and an Accredited Staging Professional.
In addition to majoring in mathematics and minoring in business at Notre Dame, I’m always seeking out new education opportunities, whether it’s about real estate law, appraisal, taxes, or customer service.
I work in South King County and Pierce County where I specialize in residential real estate, and I’m also very involved in the local community. I am a supporter of the Chamber of Commerce and the local symphony; I volunteer at Fusion (a nonprofit agency that focuses on helping homeless families); I’m a representative for the Windermere Foundation; and a member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®.
Clients have described me as detailed, punctual, and pleasant to work with, and I’ve even been referred to as “top shelf”! My friends say I’m upbeat, humorous, and fun. I enjoy shopping, going for walks, working out at the Federal Way Community Center, reading, and watching movies.
