Located at 31510 Pete von Reichbauer Way South, Federal Way, WA 98003, the Performing Arts & Event Center (PAEC) in Federal Way is an extraordinary 46,000 square-foot facility designed to host both conferences and performances.

They have a variety of acts to see there: musicians, comedians, ballet, etc.! I was lucky enough to attend a concert there this past fall. Fact #6: We are a proud sponsor of the Center.

Windermere South Sound along with Windermere West Campus are passionate about investing in our community. We stand behind many local programs whose mission is to enhance and enrich Federal Way. Each year since opening, the Performing Arts and Event Center has hosted a Gala Fundraiser to raise money for the Arts 4 Youth program. Every ticket and donation supports the program which allows thousands of students in the Puget Sound area to experience the performing arts at the PAEC. We have sponsored this event every year and were the only Gold Level sponsors at this year's Gala. "We proudly support the Federal Way Performing Arts Center and the Federal Way children who are tomorrow's artistic future," shares owner John Tidwell.
